Exactly speaking, most magnets are not used as separate components. They are assembled into a set of magnetic components with other parts, and then the magnetic components are applied to various fields of the market. See the following cases to clearly explain the differences between them.

For example, magnetic materials have been used in motors for automotive windshields, and AIC can provide magnetic materials and the components in all market fields where need magnetic materials and the components.

Application cases

1. Motor and generator

2. Permanent magnet coupling

3. Sensors and switches

4. Solenoid and matching device

5. Wave guidance

6. Magnetic recording

7. Wind driven generator

8. Liquid pump

9. HVAC damper positioning

10. Electric door lock

11. Traveling-wave tube

12. Hard disk drive

13. Magnetic resonance imaging

14. Portable power tools

Manufacturing capacity

AIC has several factories that have engineers involving to material preparation and R&D, Technology development and instrumentation equipment, these factories make magnetic materials into parts or magnetic components. They are located in Chengdu, Shanghai, Guangzhou (two factories) and Ningbo, etc. in mainland China.

One of the AIC engineers' special equipments is the dynamic balancer used for balancing the motor/generator rotor. In addition, the machining equipment includes the electric spark and inside diameter slicer in addition to the face grinding, the cylindrical lapping and diamond blade.

Quality is the key control factor in the production process, and each operator's primary task is to observe to strict quality standards while operating based on the necessary instruments and equipment.

However, some products require zero defects in the quality requirement of the application process, and so it needs to use complex and sophisticated devices and magnetic field waveform distribution to carry out 100% with full inspection to product with instruments designed by AIC engineers.
