The flexible NdFeB magnet is a flexible magnet based on microcrystalline NdFeB abrasive powder and polymer. The microcrystalline magnetic powder has high magnetic properties, and the artificial rubber makes it excellent in flexibility.

Property:

It is the strongest isotropic flexible magnet in the world at present, and its maximum magnetic energy product has been developed to 90kj/cm3 (11.25MGOe), which is 5 times of the of the rubber magnet in magnetic properties, and is close to the magnetic property of the mould pressing NdFeB. Magnetic property range of industrial mass production is from 16 to 68 KJ/m3 (2.0 to 8.5 MGOe); due to the excellent flexibility, its assembly is more expedient than the mould pressing NdFeB magnet.

Application fields:

Mobile phone rotation button, wireless mouse, sensor in the anti-theft protector;

Cash registers, portable DVDs, servo system fans, and micro motor in laptops;

Flat speakers in television and stereo devices;

Powerful sucking devices and so on.
