Property:

The molding magnetic material has great rigidity and ductility;

It is divided into isotropic and anisotropic materials, and the (BH)max range is from 1MGOe to 12 MGOe;

The thermoplastic resin PA6 of molding magnetic material can reach a maximum working temperature of 140 ° C, PA12 reaches120 ° C, and PPS reaches 180 ° C;

The (BH)max of molding NdFeB anisotropic magnets can reach 12 MGOe and Br can reach 7.5 KGs.


Application fields:

DC motor, spindle motor of DVD player, stepper motors of scanner and vibration motor of cell phone, brake in digital cameras, and various sensors.
