TAGThe iron-based nanocrystalline alloy is composed of iron, silicon, boron, niobium and copper. When iron-based amorphous alloys containing Cu and Nb are annealed above the crystallization temperature, very fine grain structures will be formed, and the grain size is only 10-20 nm. The crystalline material formed by this amorphous alloy after special crystallization annealing is called nanocrystalline alloy. It is the soft magnetic material with the best comprehensive performance on the market at present; the applicable frequency range is 50Hz-100kHz. Nanocrystalline materials are ideal substitutes for silicon steel, permalloy and ferrite.
Property:
High saturation induction density -18000Gsli>
