Magnetic Sensor Application

Linear Encoder

A linear encoder is a precision measurement tool based on magnetic materials and sensor technology. It accurately measures the linear displacement of an object by using magnetic sensors to perceive changes in the magnetic field on the scale. The core of the linear encoder lies in its high-precision magnetic scale and sensitive sensors, which work together to achieve micrometer-level measurement accuracy.
The linear encoder is typically made of a series of magnetic materials that form specific magnetic patterns under the influence of an external magnetic field. The sensor is responsible for perceiving changes in these magnetic patterns and converting them into electrical signals. By processing these electrical signals, the displacement of the object can be accurately calculated. Similarly, the magnetic scale is also part of a linear encoder.
