Job Description:
1. Product follow-up, statistics, and summary reporting.2. Design, fabrication, and debugging of tooling/testing fixtures required for the product.3. Preparation of all drawings, work instructions, and acceptance criteria for new products.4. Preparation of relevant documents for the product, including CP/PPAP/FEMA, etc.5. Assist production technicians in completing the assembly during the sample stage.
Job Requirements:
1. Associate degree or above, majoring in mechanics, automation, or a related field.2. Proficient in the knowledge of mechanical applications.3. Familiar with product development and management processes, process formulation and improvement, and able to independently complete relevant documents required during production and engineering management.4. Understanding of the properties of basic materials such as plastics and steel, with knowledge of magnetic material properties being a plus.5. Familiar with CAD, Pro/E, or Solidworks software, and able to perform simple product drawing and design.6. Strong hands-on skills, meticulous in work, responsible and conscientious.
