1. Theoretical support for magnetic material manufacturing and application technology.
2. Magnetic property simulation calculations, drawing conversion, and management.
3. Support for technical document requirements and establishment of magnetic material testing standards.
4. Design and follow-up of magnetization fixtures and testing fixtures.
5. Training on magnetic material expertise and technical consultation in daily work.
6. Assist in formulating and following up on technical solutions and technical documents for component products, and assist the supply department in outputting technical solutions.

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in magnetic materials or related field preferred.
2. Have a solid theoretical knowledge of magnetic materials, including magnetic material properties, fundamental theoretical models, basic manufacturing principles and processes; understand basic techniques or principles of magnetic applications and be able to perform simple magnetic circuit design.
3. Proficient in using CAD, Pro/E, or Solidworks for product drawing and design.
4. Able to apply electromagnetic simulation analysis software such as FEMM, Maxwell, etc., for electromagnetic field simulation.
5. Familiarity with the IATF16949 system is preferred.

1. Product follow-up, statistics, and summary reporting.
2. Design, fabrication, and debugging of tooling/testing fixtures required for the product.
3. Preparation of all drawings, work instructions, and acceptance criteria for new products.
4. Preparation of relevant documents for the product, including CP/PPAP/FEMA, etc.
5. Assist production technicians in completing the assembly during the sample stage.

1. Associate degree or above, majoring in mechanics, automation, or a related field.
2. Proficient in the knowledge of mechanical applications.
3. Familiar with product development and management processes, process formulation and improvement, and able to independently complete relevant documents required during production and engineering management.
4. Understanding of the properties of basic materials such as plastics and steel, with knowledge of magnetic material properties being a plus.
5. Familiar with CAD, Pro/E, or Solidworks software, and able to perform simple product drawing and design.
6. Strong hands-on skills, meticulous in work, responsible and conscientious.

1. Responsible for the testing of samples and products, as well as the management of samples and the establishment and maintenance of related data.
2. Handle customer complaints, implement and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
3. Responsible for collecting, summarizing, feeding back abnormal information, and tracking the improvement effects.
4. Develop inspection standards and product specifications to meet various customer document requirements (environmental protection, MSDS, PPAP, customer survey responses).

1. College degree or above, with CET-4 or higher English proficiency.
2. More than two years of work experience in quality management.
3. Familiar with the basic operation of the ISO series, including IATF16949, and understanding of safety regulations and relevant EU regulations.
4. Responsible, principled, meticulous in work, and possessing good communication and expression skills.
5. Proficient in operating Office and other software.

1. Utilize appropriate resources, including but not limited to online platforms, industry exhibitions, telemarketing, and customer visits, to develop overseas markets.
2. Collect and provide market feedback, establish target markets, formulate sales plans, and implement them.
3. Maintain customer relationships and tap into potential customer needs.
4. Execute order transactions and manage transaction risks.
5. Collaborate with other team members on various business tasks.

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in engineering preferred.
2. CET-4 or higher level of English proficiency, and able to use English proficiently in work.
3. More than two years of sales experience on foreign trade e-commerce platforms, with a certain level of professional knowledge in foreign trade.
4. Possess good communication, coordination, and analysis skills, and able to withstand high work pressure.
